Set in the sacred town of Tiruvannamalai in South India, this ashram-style 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training invites you into a deeply rooted spiritual atmosphere. Tiruvannamalai is one of the holiest cities in Tamil Nadu and an important pilgrimage destination. At its center stands Mount Arunachala, revered as the manifestation of Lord Shiva. Each full moon, thousands of pilgrims walk around the mountain on foot, seeking blessings from this powerful holy place.
For centuries, Tiruvannamalai has drawn yogis and sages for spiritual practice and inner growth. It is especially associated with the Indian sage Ramana Maharshi, who spent long periods meditating in the caves of Arunachala. Even today, the mountain’s energy continues to attract yoga practitioners and spiritual seekers from around the world.
