Your guide, Andrew Oser, has spent more than 45 years hiking and camping extensively on Mount Shasta, and he has been leading retreats and tours on the mountain regularly since 2006. Deeply devoted to the mountain, he knows many sacred sites off the beaten path that most visitors never discover.
His approach combines guided meditations, which many clients experience as especially powerful, with spacious time to receive the gifts that emerge in silence.
