Founder & Lead Guide, Andrew Oser brings a lifetime of devotion to Mount Shasta and its powerful landscape. As the Founder and Owner of Mount Shasta Retreat, he has spent more than 45 years hiking and camping on the mountain, developing an intimate understanding of its trails, energy, and sacred sites. Since 2006, he has been regularly guiding retreats and sacred site tours, offering visitors a grounded and meaningful way to experience this remarkable place.

Andrew’s deep connection to the mountain has supported thousands of guests from around the world in discovering the unique spirit of Mount Shasta. His work is centered on creating experiences that open the door to spiritual awakening, transformation, and healing, while helping participants feel welcomed, supported, and inspired throughout their time on the mountain.
