Explore breathwork, herbs and plants as medicine, chakra balancing and healing, medicine and natural beauty product making, embodied movement, and sound healing — all created to help you reconnect with the power of your body, mind, and spirit.

This training can support your own healing, or give you the knowledge and confidence to begin offering your own ceremonies or workshops.

You are welcome to come alone, or bring a friend, business partner, or family member.
