Set in the coastal beauty of Uluwatu, this 100-hour yoga teacher training offers a focused and inspiring start to your yoga teaching journey. Rather than the busier parts of Bali, the program takes place in a peaceful area known for its dramatic shoreline, welcoming cafes, and respected yoga studios. It is the first stage of a 200-hour training and combines theory, practice, and space to rest, helping you build confidence while learning how to teach safely and understand the benefits of yoga in depth.
The school emphasizes traditional styles such as Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, with an approach that explores the connection between mind, body, and emotions. By the end of the course, participants receive a certificate that supports the beginning of their teaching path. The full 200-hour program goes further into mantras, postures, breathwork, meditation, and yoga philosophy, creating a well-rounded foundation for those ready to deepen their practice.
All courses are Yoga Alliance USA certified, allowing graduates to teach anywhere in the world as certified yoga teachers. The 100-hour multi-style course is open to all levels, including beginners, intermediate practitioners, and advanced students. Please note that only the syllabus listed for the course is covered.
For the opening and graduation ceremonies, participants are asked to bring one or two sets of white clothing. Accommodation is in private rooms with air conditioning, designed to provide privacy, comfort, and proper rest throughout the training. Guests can also relax by the swimming pool or use peaceful common areas for self-study.
