Begin your journey with a 100-hour multi-style yoga teacher training designed as the first half of a full 200-hour certification. This flexible format is ideal for students who prefer to complete their training in two parts: after finishing the first 100 hours, you may return at any time to complete the remaining 100 hours and earn your 200-hour certified yoga teacher qualification, recognized by Bali Yoga School and accepted for teaching worldwide.
Started on June 25, 2026, this program reflects a mission of self-transformation, self-inspiration, and self-discipline through yoga. Founded by Yogi Himanshu from Rishikesh, the world capital of yoga, the school welcomes students to explore the energetic teachings of traditional Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa flow. The training blends practical and theoretical learning, helping you understand how emotions connect with inner and outer health from a fresh perspective.
This course is designed to build a strong foundation for a safe, healthy, and beneficial yoga practice. Along with teaching methodology and core theory, students study the benefits and contraindications of each system, healthy movement, and the application of yoga in practice. The curriculum is balanced to allow enough time for rest, while the daily schedule combines theory and practice to keep students energized throughout the training.
Students receive a certification at the end of the course. All courses are Yoga Alliance USA certified, enabling graduates to teach anywhere in the world as certified yoga teachers.
