Develop a deeper clinical understanding, apply functional anatomy, and learn to teach Yin Yoga with precision and safety.
This advanced 300-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is Yoga Alliance certified and created for yoga teachers and committed practitioners who want a methodical, evidence-informed approach to Yin Yoga. It is especially suited to those who have already completed a 200-hour Yin Yoga teacher training in Bali. The course explores the structural, fascial, neurological, and energetic foundations of Yin practice, helping participants teach with clarity, accuracy, and confidence.
Through detailed study of functional anatomy, skeletal variation, connective tissue physiology, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), students learn how to assess postures, offer appropriate modifications, and adapt Yin Yoga safely for different bodies and conditions. The program combines anatomy lectures, applied Yin practice, meridian theory, breath regulation, and mindfulness-based methods to support nervous system balance and long-term joint health.
Held as a residential training in the calm and supportive setting of Bali, the course emphasizes critical thinking, experiential learning, and clinical application rather than memorized sequencing or aesthetic alignment. Graduates leave with a refined understanding of Yin Yoga as a therapeutic, meditative, and structurally intelligent practice for modern teaching contexts.

Who This Training Is For
This program is designed for those drawn to depth, stillness, and sustainable yoga practice. It is ideal for certified 200-hour Yin Yoga teachers seeking further study, dedicated Yin practitioners wanting advanced anatomical and energetic insight, wellness professionals such as therapists, bodyworkers, and healers, and teachers who wish to offer therapeutic, trauma-aware, and inclusive Yin classes. No extreme flexibility is required; curiosity, commitment, and openness are enough.
Why Yin Yoga – And Why 300 Hours
In a fast-paced world, Yin Yoga offers a meaningful counterbalance. Working deeply with connective tissue, fascia, joints, and the nervous system, it supports resilience, awareness, and inner stillness. A 300-hour training helps you move beyond basic postures, understand skeletal diversity, teach Yin as a therapeutic and meditative practice, and integrate anatomy, TCM, and mindfulness.
Why Train Yin Yoga with Bali Yoga School
At Bali Yoga School, Yin Yoga is meant to be experienced, embodied, and lived. The training draws from Yin philosophy, anatomy, and mindfulness, with guidance influenced by functional anatomy and TCM traditions. Small group sizes allow for personal attention and mentorship, while the learning process is experiential: feel first, then teach. The atmosphere is calm and supportive, encouraging true integration and prioritizing presence over performance.
