Food & Accommodation
Guests stay in clean, comfortable private single rooms or shared double rooms, each with an attached washroom. Three wholesome sattvic meals are served daily — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — with a yogic diet created to support the mind, body, and soul. Detox and herbal teas are offered twice a day.
