The daily rhythm is designed to balance gentle activity with deep rest. Mornings begin with 7 AM meditation and mindful yoga, followed by breakfast at 9.15 AM and time for treatment, rest, or an excursion. In the afternoon, there is a 1.30 PM treatment or workshop, followed by more time for rest, treatment, or an excursion. Evenings include a 5 PM deep relaxation group session and dinner.
