1-2-1 Yoga tuition

Whether you are brand new to yoga or already maintain a regular practice, this one-to-one tuition is designed to meet you exactly where you are. It offers a supportive space to work through areas that feel restrictive, discover healthier movement patterns, and create more ease in both body and mind.

Sessions may include a detailed breakdown of postures, a stronger focus on meditation and mindfulness, or guidance that helps you deepen your yoga practice with greater confidence and clarity. Each session is shaped around your individual needs, making it a flexible and personal experience.

Alternatively, your one-to-one session can be tailored to help release tension and stress, or to support you in working with an injury. If this feels like the right next step for you, please get in touch to arrange a session.
