After experiencing the profound benefits of yoga firsthand as a student for many years, Zuzana completed her first yoga teacher training in 2012. She then spent years teaching a full schedule across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW, continuing to deepen both her knowledge and experience, before settling in the beautiful Uki area and opening Free Flow Yoga in 2016. Her vision was to create a welcoming community space where like-minded people could gather regularly, step away from the busyness of everyday life, and learn the ancient tools of movement, breath, and meditation medicine to return to a state of effortless free flow.
This is our natural state, the condition of optimal health for mind, body, energy, and spirit. From this place, we are empowered not only to support ourselves, but also to give back and support our beautiful planet Earth and the events unfolding within it. Nothing can be destroyed; it can only be transformed.
Zuzana is passionate about sharing ancient yogic tools that help transform negative habits, beliefs, and physical body patterns such as pain, tension, worry, and disease into healing, balance, and positive, joyful energy. She enjoys working with students of all levels, encouraging them to explore their abilities and limitations while advancing their practice safely.
Zuzana holds a 500hr Level 2 yoga teaching qualification from My Health Yoga, where she was fortunate to facilitate multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings. She is currently studying for a Bachelor of Clinical Sciences in Osteopathy at Southern Cross University, which she began in 2017.
Her classes include dynamic creative Vinyasa flows, strong and challenging Power classes, as well as gentle, long-stretching and releasing Yin classes. She is also available for private yoga therapy and healing Medical Qi Gong sessions, suitable for people with injuries, limited mobility, or those who simply want to explore their practice more deeply.
