For nearly three decades, Zuza Engler has explored the spiral path of consciousness through movement, stillness, and deep process inquiry. Her work is grounded in a lifelong devotion to embodied practice, weaving together kinesthetic exploration with a thoughtful, reflective approach to presence and awareness.
She teaches Soul Motion® and Open Floor Movement, and is the creatrix of Embodied Inquiry. Alongside her movement work, she has been a long-term practitioner of Buddhism and Gestalt, bringing depth, sensitivity, and insight to every session she facilitates.
Participants can expect a space that invites curiosity, embodied listening, and meaningful inner exploration. Her teaching style supports both personal discovery and a grounded sense of connection, making her offerings especially resonant for those drawn to mindfulness, movement, and conscious transformation.
