Raised as a committed athlete, I began practicing yoga at fifteen and soon experienced a profound personal transformation through the practice. That journey showed me how yoga can support healing for the mind, body, and soul, and inspired me to share it with others through teaching.
I live my practice both on and off the mat, and I deeply value yogic philosophy as part of everyday life and humanitarian work. In my classes, I weave these teachings into an inclusive approach that welcomes all levels, body types, injuries, and mindsets, with the belief that yoga is for everyone.
My sessions are guided in a trauma-sensitive way and open to people from all walks of life. I continue to learn from yoga as much as I teach it, and I regularly deepen my understanding of this sacred practice. Meditation, breathwork, and movement are part of every class, with Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative among my favorite styles to teach.
