What she shares is rooted in a lifelong journey from the heart into the deeper heart of humanity.
Zaianna is a somatic facilitator with more than ten years of experience, having supported thousands of people of different ages and abilities across the world. She is recognized for her empathic presence, embodied intuition, and her skill in holding physical, emotional, and intellectual perspectives together with care and compassion.
In ceremonial settings, Zaianna brings a steady, psychic, service-oriented presence. Her ability to move through complex energetic and emotional terrain with patience, curiosity, and discernment is shaped by her dedication to plant medicine, somatic experiencing, and spiritual humility.
Her multidimensional approach has been formed through training across cultures and disciplines—from living in Southeast Asia and exploring subtle energetic realms through yoga, meditation, and Reiki, to deep study in trauma-informed care as a Somatic Experiencing student in the West under the legacy of Dr. Peter Levine. Her first direct experiences of the body’s wisdom and innate healing capacity came while teaching trauma-informed yoga in a domestic violence safe house for women and children in New York. That path also sparked her own purification process, leading her south into the heart of Ayahuasca and entheogenic mysticism.
Through initiations with master plant medicines and indigenous lineages in Colombia, Peru, and Brazil, Zaianna came to understand that feeling through and within the body reawakens our deeper sensibilities and the perspective needed to reconnect as one collective consciousness.
She now shares this wisdom through psychedelic-assisted therapy, private counseling, breathwork, bodywork, retreats, yoga classes, and facilitator training.
