In 2024, I earned a diploma in Himalayan Singing Bowl Healing Training (Level I & II) in Vietnam, which deepened my connection to traditional Himalayan sound lineages. In 2025, I became a certified happiness trainer, extending my work into emotional awareness, inner balance, and the cultivation of well-being.

As a traveler at heart, my path moves through cultures and landscapes, gathering inspiration from diverse traditions of sound, silence, and human experience. My sessions combine handcrafted instruments from Nepal with selected sounds from different cultures, creating a layered sonic journey that supports the nervous system in reaching deep relaxation, often associated with alpha and theta brainwave activity, where stillness, release, and restoration can naturally unfold.
