
Hi, I’m Yulia Andriyani.
I bring a holistic perspective to well-being, informed by my work as a Well-being Counselor, Qigong Teacher, EFT and Meditation Practitioner, as well as my ongoing studies at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My purpose is to support others by sharing the wisdom I have gathered through my own healing journey.
As Rumi said, “The wound is the place where the light enters you.” Experiences of pain and loss have shaped my path and led me to explore deeply supportive healing practices. Through that journey, I discovered my calling: to walk alongside others as they move toward healing.
I believe true healing starts within, and that awareness and acceptance are often the first steps.
In my sessions, I offer compassionate guidance and practical tools drawn from relaxation techniques, Qigong, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These methods can help you manage stress, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with your inner strength—at a pace that feels right for you.
