Yogi Himanshu Badhani

Specializing in asana and pranayama, Yogi Himanshu Badhani comes from Nainital, Uttarakhand, a place shaped by the mystical spirit of the Himalayas. Drawn to yoga and spirituality from an early age, he pursued his studies in yoga and later completed his M.A. in Yoga from P.N.G. GOVT. P.G. College, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.

After earning his master’s degree, he began teaching in Rishikesh and has spent more than 4 years guiding students at different schools there. His classes welcome people from many backgrounds, including yoga teacher training courses and yoga retreats. He is well trained in Classical Hatha Yoga asana, pranayama, and relaxation methods. Dedicated and hardworking, he also supports the management of various programs of Sanatana Yog Sandesh in Rishikesh and other parts of India.
