
Young, energetic, and deeply committed to the path of yoga, Dinesh Yogi brings both skill and presence to every class he leads. He guides students through Hatha yoga, meditation, and pranayama with a steady, thoughtful approach that supports both practice and personal growth. His journey began in 2014, inspired by Sujit Guru’s search for inner peace, and soon led him to study under Nepal’s respected teacher Yogesh Pokhrel.
For the past seven years, Dinesh has taught at the Kathmandu Meditation School, where his expertise includes Ashtanga, Hatha, yoga therapy, and restorative yoga. With a degree in Eastern Philosophy and Yoga Alliance certifications at the 200-hour, 300-hour, and 500-hour levels, he combines traditional knowledge with extensive training. His dedicated practice has also brought him profound inner experiences and a strong sense of self-awareness, which he brings into his teaching with clarity and care.
