
Arpit serves as the coordinator and a teacher of Kundalini yoga, Hatha yoga, and Yoga Nidra at Sri Yoga Ashram. He received his yoga training at the renowned Bihar School of Yoga in Munger and is a direct disciple of Swami Niranjanananda of the Bihar School of Yoga, as well as Usha Mata Ji, a respected Iyengar-style yoga teacher in Rishikesh. The Bihar tradition is known for its extensive use of Tantric techniques within Hatha yoga practice, supporting self-refinement.
He has taught at many schools in Rishikesh and has been warmly appreciated by students from around the world. Arpit’s teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is a gentle, effortless way of life. It may first challenge the body, but over time it helps transform both body and mind into a state of calm, peace, and ease.
