Yogi offers a well-rounded teaching approach that includes Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner Yoga, and meditation. His journey into yoga began in 1992, when a chance meeting with a monk from India introduced him to the practice through a friend. A few years later, in 1995, he started his Yoga Teacher Training in the Philippines and later completed it in India.
In his sessions, Yogi encourages students to look beyond the physical benefits of yoga. While improved flexibility and release in the body are part of the experience, he believes the deeper value lies in how the practice can shape daily life. For him, yoga is a path toward greater awareness, a new perspective, and a more thoughtful way of responding to challenges. He reminds students that yoga can influence how they see situations, how they think, and ultimately how they live.
