🧘‍♀️ Yoga teacher Rasa

Rasa is an attentive and inspiring yoga teacher. In her classes she teaches the basics of breathing, and in each practice she pays special attention to the geometry of the body positions (asanas) and their correct execution. She subtly guides you to a deeper awareness through pranayama, the art of breathing that helps you find peace and inner balance.

Yoga Siromani

rasa qualified as a YOGA SIROMANI yoga teacher from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in 2015.

Himalayan Yoga Path

In 2016, Rasa started to delve deeper into the Himalayan yoga tradition and a year later she was awarded the title of Himalayan Yoga Teacher.

Alternative Self-Healing and Breathing Studies

in 2018, Rasa furthered her knowledge at the Lithuanian Sports Academy, where she later completed the "Alternative Self-Healing - Circulatory Breathing" instructor programme.

Student of Martynas Driukas

Rasa is a student of Martynas Driukas and since 2015 she has been sharing her experience by leading yoga practices that invite you to live lightly, consciously and with a smile.

Inga Uma became a yoga practitioner more than 22 years ago. She is the founder and inspiration behind the "Klasikinė Yoga Palanga" group.

International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres

in 2017 Inga graduated from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres Teacher Training Course, which provided a solid foundation in classical yoga practice and teaching.

For Inga, yoga is not only a physical movement, but also a way of life that helps her to grow, get healthy and discover the path of awareness. She calls yoga one of the greatest discoveries of her life.

Inga's goal is to help people find inner harmony, strengthen their body and emotional health through conscious movement and breath.
