Yati

Description

Yati Or provides breathwork and training exercises for people seeking to uncover themselves through an insightful space with an authentic voice. His practices help people to feel recharged and provide practical tools to overcome illness and live a healthy lifestyle.

Born in Bulgaria and raised in Israel, Yati studied  Ayurvedic medicine, massage therapy, yoga, and meditation.

Yati dedicated himself to the art of breath and ice therapy as a certified instructor of the Wim Hof method – an instrument to awaken the body, mind, and spirit.

He has lived in PachaMama Eco Village since 2004 where he shares his life purpose – teaching others ways to heal.

Yati has built a Breathwork and Ice Bath facility in the resident’s quarters in the hills of PachaMama. This beautiful facility was designed to hold space for this deep, transformational work. The ice bath is uniquely built into Mother Earth and surrounded by nature and a beautiful long jungle view. You will be guided through various styles of ancient breathwork, Kriyas, and yogic movements to open and prepare the body for the deeper work; The Wim Hof Method, breathwork, and ice bath.
