From an early age, I felt drawn to a deeper relationship with myself and the world around me. Movement always held a special place in my life, offering a way to explore the connection between body, mind, and soul. I first found yoga as a teenager, but it was in my early 20s that my practice truly deepened. Through yoga, I discovered the sense of connection I had been seeking. It helped me access my inner strength, while also opening my heart to others and to the world around me. More than that, it created space for healing and self-love, and I felt called to share this transformative practice with others.
I began teaching in 2014 and have completed trainings in Moksha Level 1, Moksha Flow, yin, and Prana Vinyasa. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share this practice in one of my favorite places. I have traveled widely, yet Costa Rica remains especially meaningful to me. Each time I return and am surrounded by its natural beauty, I feel deeply grounded and at peace. I look forward to holding space and sharing this beautiful practice with you.
