Wendy Barrios

Wendy Barrios

Description

Integration Specialist. Wendy has devoted more than a decade to the study of health and wellness. Her professional path began in kinesiology and physical rehabilitation, and she is also a certified yoga teacher and massage therapist. A transformative Ayahuasca experience shifted the direction of her healing journey, leading her to spend extended time in the jungles of Iquitos, Peru. Returning to the fast pace of Los Angeles, she faced the challenge of reintegrating while noticing old behavior patterns resurfacing. That experience revealed the essential role of integration in lasting growth. Inspired by this insight, Wendy went on to pursue a master's degree in Transpersonal Psychology. In her work with individual clients, she draws on Gestalt therapy, active imagination, and somatic approaches. She also leads group integration circles, offers virtual dreamwork and breathwork support, and facilitates workshops centered on self-development and relational skills. Wendy trusts the wisdom of altered states of consciousness and the powerful impact they can have on health and well-being.
