Senior yoga instructor (ERYT-500) and teacher trainer, he has been devoted to sharing the practice of yoga since 2015. Before turning his focus fully to the mat, he spent more than 20 years in humanitarian management, working alongside communities impacted by war and disaster. That background has given him a profound perspective on trauma, healing, and recovery, which naturally informs the way he teaches today.
His classes are designed to meet students with care while still encouraging growth. Expect a thoughtful balance of support and challenge, with space to explore movement, build confidence, and stay curious. He creates an atmosphere that feels safe and grounded, yet open to a sense of adventure—making each session both meaningful and engaging.
