Vlada de Sousa brings more than a decade of experience to the meeting point of ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic science. As a certified meditation teacher, therapeutic yoga instructor, trauma-informed counsellor, and IFS-certified practitioner, she works with both the sacred and the clinical in a way that feels rare, grounded, and deeply human.

Through private practice and the international retreats of Bliss Body Journeys, Vlada has supported hundreds of people through some of life’s most meaningful transitions. Her approach is not defined by technique alone, but by a refined quality of perception and presence. With steady care, she creates a space where each person can feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to themselves.
