Vlad’s path into bodywork and movement began through many years of dedicated yoga practice, which deepened his understanding of how posture and repetitive habits can create tension, pain, and inefficient movement patterns. Over the past twelve years, this experience has shaped a holistic approach to working with the body.
He completed an apprenticeship with the respected holistic therapist KRI Jagdish, followed by further study in functional anatomy, biomechanics, and neural patterning. Vlad also holds a Bachelor of Health Science with a specialisation in Musculoskeletal Therapy, bringing together academic training and the integrative perspective developed through yoga.
His therapeutic approach combines evidence-based methods with close attention to posture, function, and the body as an interconnected system. Now based between Lisbon and Goa, Vlad works as a Clinical Myotherapist, supporting clients with a wide range of neuromuscular conditions.
