Viveka (Suniai Oliva Retreat Center)

With more than 30 years of yoga practice, Viveka has shared her work across Sweden and around the world. She is the founder of both Kundaliniyogainstitutet and Stockholm Kundaliniyoga Center, and has been training yoga teachers since 2000.

Her approach is rooted in warmth, presence, and a deep belief in the value of yoga as a supportive practice for everyday life. Viveka is especially drawn to therapeutic conversation and to creating space where people feel seen, heard, and welcomed. She is passionate about bringing more kindness and mindfulness into the world, while making yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience.
