With more than 30 years of meditation practice, Vinod brings depth, clarity, and compassion to every teaching he offers. His journey began in 1994, when he trained in Vipassana at Wat Ram Poeng monastery in Chiang Mai, Thailand, completing the same level of training as a Buddhist monk. A few years later, he expanded his path through Mindfulness Teacher Training at Bangor University and now facilitates the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course in London.
Before dedicating himself fully to this work, Vinod spent time in the corporate world as a lawyer, later moving into the non-profit sector with organizations such as UNHCR and Amnesty International Secretariat in London. There, he supported initiatives connected to sexual and gender equality, migrant and refugee rights, compassionate care for drug addicts, and animal welfare.
Vinod is especially inspired by the heart practices of St Francis, which he shares as a gentle invitation toward inner peace, presence, and a more compassionate way of living.
