

Vikram Joon is an experienced yoga teacher with a Master’s degree in Yoga and a strong dedication to sharing the transformative benefits of this ancient practice. Over the past several years, he has taught a broad range of styles, including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, and Animal Flow, combining traditional methods with a modern approach that supports today’s practitioners.
His teaching is grounded in balance: strength and softness, discipline and compassion, movement and stillness. Vikram’s classes focus on mindful alignment, breath awareness, and inner focus, encouraging students to deepen their physical practice while also connecting with the more subtle layers of body and mind.
At Ameya Himalayan Yogis Foundation, Vikram works as a Yoga Professor, leading classes, workshops, and teacher training programs. With his calm presence and patient guidance, he helps students develop confidence and curiosity, inspiring them to see yoga as a lifelong journey rather than a final destination.
