🌟 A Path of Holistic Well-Being, Healing, and Purpose 🌟
Victoria Martinez’s journey into holistic wellness has unfolded through change, resilience, and deep personal growth. From the energy of New York City to the calm of Charlotte, North Carolina, her story reflects healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
Born in Colombia and guided by the American dream, she first explored creative careers in art and advertising before finding her true calling in holistic health and wellness.
A turning point came with the loss of her father and the birth of her two children, Lily and Max. Her father’s passing revealed the gaps in the healthcare system, while motherhood inspired her to contribute to a better future for the next generation. In 2013, she left advertising and followed her heart into yoga teaching.
Yoga became a source of guidance and transformation, showing her how powerfully the mind shapes our inner story and overall well-being. Since childhood, she had faced challenges such as disordered eating and body dysmorphia, and over more than 25 years of practice, yoga became a path toward healing and greater self-awareness.
Through her study of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, she discovered the healing wisdom of food as medicine and the connection between body and spirit as expressions of nature. This opened the door to a deeper sense of peace.
When she began teaching yoga more than a decade ago, her work expanded into transformational self-development. She explored how to release toxic dependencies and the constant search for external validation, gaining clarity, wholeness, and a stronger connection to her feminine and divine energy.
In 2018, her dedication to teaching led her to mentor aspiring teachers and earn recognition as a master teacher with more than 4,000 hours of experience. Through certification programs and international retreats, she has supported hundreds of students on their own transformational journeys.
Inspired by this mission, she founded Chakra Flow University in Charlotte, North Carolina, a platform open to all that offers programs in yoga, Ayurveda, sound healing, and life coaching. While her primary focus is empowering women through transformational life coaching, the programs are designed to break boundaries and inspire positive change for everyone.
Victoria’s path from immigrant to holistic health advocate reflects the power of living with purpose and creating a meaningful legacy. She believes that recognizing our unique gifts can lead to deep healing and fulfillment. By illuminating this path for others, she hopes to help people connect with their inner strength and create lasting impact in their lives and communities.
For her, true wellness means bringing body, mind, and spirit into harmony. Today, her mission is to share these teachings and support others in reaching their full potential.
Committed to continual learning in the field of lasting vitality, Victoria holds the following certifications:
She continues to study Ayurveda through an intensive week of training each summer in upstate New York with Dr. Vasant Lad from the AyurPrana Institute. Her ongoing studies also include nutrition and the subtle body, with a special focus on the chakra system.
Victoria is registered with Yoga Alliance at the Expert 500hr level, with more than 4,000 hours of teaching experience and over 2,000 hours of training.
