Victoria teaches Vinyasa yoga in Bali at Power of Now Oasis in Sanur.
Her relationship with PONO runs deep. She first arrived in Sanur as a student, where she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023. She never truly left, and the community is glad she stayed.
Originally from the UK, Victoria has studied and taught yoga in the UK, Indonesia, and Rishikesh, India. She is a 500-hour RYT with a strong fitness background and continues to study neuroscience and mental health. Her specialty is yoga anatomy, and she has a talent for making the science of the body feel engaging, practical, and alive rather than dry or overly academic.
What makes her teaching distinctive is the way she blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern science. For Victoria, it matters how the nervous system responds to breathwork, how fascia behaves in a Yin hold, and why certain alignment cues support different bodies more effectively. These insights are not just interesting to her; they shape the way she teaches and help students progress safely and intelligently.
Her classes combine classic yogic principles with a grounded understanding of how the mind and body work in real life. Whether students are moving through a Vinyasa sequence or settling into a long Yin hold, her guidance is precise, thoughtful, and informed by both ancient practice and contemporary science.
At Power of Now Oasis, she teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Yang, Hatha, and Hatha Flow as part of the daily class schedule in Sanur, Bali. Within the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, she leads asana practice and anatomy, approaching both with the same clarity and depth she brings to all her teaching.
Victoria teaches in English and is especially appreciated by students who want to understand the why behind the practice, not only the what.
