With more than 20 years of personal yoga practice, Vicki Bannister brings depth, experience, and a thoughtful approach to every class she teaches. After completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2009 at the Yoga Center of Columbia, she went on to study yoga philosophy through an intensive Yoga Immersion program in 2010, followed by an Ayurveda Immersion program in 2019. These studies continue to inform both her own practice and the way she guides her students.
Vicki is especially drawn to alignment-based yoga and breath-led movement, creating classes that support a stronger, healthier connection between body and mind. She enjoys weaving together the related principles of yoga and ayurveda in a way that feels grounded, practical, and accessible. Her teaching style invites students to move with awareness, build confidence in their practice, and experience the benefits of mindful, well-supported yoga.
