Breathwork facilitator and sound healing guide Valerie is devoted to divine healing through the arts. She has long been committed to creating sacred spaces, first founding Bhakti Tribe Sedona in 2010 and bringing kirtan to Sedona’s Red Rocks, and later launching Sanjali Healing Arts in 2018, where she offers sound alchemy, breathwork, and mantra.
Her connection to sound has always been strong, and she has explored it through music for years. Playing African dejembe drums and crystal bowls left a lasting impact on her, but it was her experience with the Soundwave Bed, now part of Aumbase, that inspired her to go deeper into sound therapy. This high-vibe instrument is designed to fine-tune the body and help release tension, blockages, and stress.
In honor of the divine, Valerie began leading kirtan and later produced a kirtan album, available on Amazon, online at sanjali.bandcamp.com, and in the yoga studio. She now shares kirtan at the studio on a monthly basis, creating life-changing group experiences that help people connect with Source.
As a Shamanic Breathwork practitioner, she sees breathwork as one of the most powerful tools for transformation. She brings her own unique vibration to each session, weaving in sound alchemy as the finishing touch.
To expand the reach of sound alchemy, Valerie also teaches Sound Alchemy Essentials — a 2-Day Playshop where participants learn the basics of sound frequencies, how to use the instruments, how to create a sound journey, and how to work with clients.
