For me, yoga is an invitation to listen deeply — a soulful language that becomes visible through the body once the noise falls away. It offers a way home to presence, where we can meet ourselves with gentleness and accept both our light and our shadows. Yoga entered my life as a needed pause, a moment to return to myself when the path I was following no longer aligned with my purpose. For many years, I worked and trained as a lawyer, yet while my mind stayed busy, my heart felt distant from home. That sense of disconnection inspired me to explore spirituality and to train as an astrologer and holistic therapist, supporting healing processes through astrology, Reiki, therapeutic tarot, and holistic ceremonies. In yoga, I discovered the meeting point of everything I am: the depth of thought and the sensitivity of the soul. The practice taught me to treat my body as a guide, to live the present with more tenderness, and to meet my light and shadows with compassion. My classes are gentle and meditative, shaped as small rituals of reconnection. I weave together conscious movement, breathwork, sound, writing, and presence to create spaces where each person feels held, heard, and supported.
