For many years, I have accompanied travel groups from NEUE WEGE on their spiritual retreats, offering a broad and supportive approach to yoga practice and personal growth.
I also teach classes at a yoga studio dedicated to people over 50 and speak at workshops on team development and leadership training. At the heart of my work is trauma-sensitive yoga, which helps people feel safe in their own bodies and build a mindful connection with themselves. My classes combine classic Hatha yoga asanas with flowing Vinyasa and gentle Yin yoga, allowing each individual situation and physical condition to be met with care.
Alongside my teaching, I work as a certified coach and speaker. In workshops and seminars where I blend yoga practice with coaching tools, long-lasting positive changes can emerge in both professional and private life.
As a coach, I am certified in Neurosystemic Integration as well as The Work by Byron Katie. These methods help identify stressful thought patterns, release deeply rooted beliefs, and move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and ease.
My aim is to create a safe space for mindfulness and inner calm in our often hectic world. Performance is not the focus; what matters is conscious experience and listening to the body. Extended final relaxation, often supported by guided meditation, allows for deep regeneration.
I look forward to accompanying people on their very personal path—with presence, appreciation, and solid knowledge.
