Uri brings a creative, multidisciplinary spirit to the kitchen, shaped by a lifelong connection to art, music, and design. The youngest of two brothers, he has long been known as the family’s in-house artist, with interests that first began in painting and music before expanding into product design and culinary arts. Over the years, his role in the family restaurant business grew through opening and managing several of the group’s concepts, eventually inspiring him to step fully into cooking.
For the past seven years, Uri has immersed himself in farm-to-table culinary studies at the International Culinary Center in New York City, while also gaining experience in some of the world’s most celebrated restaurants, including Noma, Ikoyi, Amass, Estela, and Blue Hill. His background reflects both technical training and a deep creative sensibility, bringing a thoughtful, artistic approach to every dish he creates.
