
Umesh Yogacharya is a Hatha yoga and meditation teacher whose journey began at the age of 12, when his dedication to practice first took root. He later studied in Gurukul, India, where he learned yoga as a true way of life and deepened his understanding of its traditional roots. Certified by Sivananda Ashram, India, as a Yoga Siromani, he brings both authenticity and depth to his teaching.
Today, he serves as a yoga consultant at Kamkus Healthcare Clinic on Harley Street in London and has been recognized by The World Book of Record at the House of Commons, London, for his contribution to yoga and spirituality. His sessions focus on traditional Hatha yoga, conscious breathing, and practical ways to bring yoga beyond the mat and into everyday life. Students can expect guidance on correct breathing, a variety of breathwork techniques, and supportive tools to help ease stress and anxiety.
