Trevania Dudley Henderson

Trevania Dudley Henderson brings a rare blend of marketing strategy, business leadership, and nonprofit governance to the Center. As a solopreneur, she launched her company in 1993 to provide small and mid-sized organizations with the support of an outsourced marketing department. Her background offers both practical entrepreneurial insight and a deep understanding of how mission-driven organizations can grow with clarity and purpose.

In addition to her professional experience, Trevania has served extensively on nonprofit boards, including chairing two boards, vice-chairing a third, and twice leading board governance committees. A devoted student of Rinpoche, she also supports retreat organization on a regular basis, helping create a thoughtful and well-held experience for participants.
