Tray Hughes

Yoga teacher and therapist based in the beautiful Lake District, offering a grounded and welcoming approach to wellbeing.

With more than 10 years of teaching experience and over 25 years of personal yoga practice, Tray brings depth, knowledge, and a calm presence to every class. Weekly sessions are held in and around Keswick, Cumbria, alongside workshops and retreats in the UK and abroad, creating opportunities for students to deepen their practice in supportive settings.

In addition to yoga, Tray is a qualified therapist specialising in remedial and relaxing massage, homeopathy, Reiki, and reflexology. This multi-disciplinary background adds an extra layer of care to the work, with a focus on restoration, balance, and holistic healing.

Outside of teaching, Tray can often be found climbing rocks and exploring the hills with faithful companion Nedly.
