With more than 20 years devoted to the study of Buddha Dharma, Tracy Sheridan brings deep experience, clarity, and presence to her work as a lifelong yoga and movement awareness practitioner and teacher. Since 1983, her path has been shaped by a steady commitment to embodied practice, mindful exploration, and the wisdom of contemplative traditions.
Tracy met her root teachers, Ven. Namgyal Rinpoche in 2001 and Lama Chokyi Gyaltsen (Lama Mark Webber) in 2003, and has also had the privilege of learning from other teachers within the Tibetan Vajrayana tradition. Her teaching reflects this rich background, offering students a grounded and thoughtful space to deepen awareness, connect with the body, and engage with practice in an authentic way.
