Tracy Hawse is a Licensed Nurse Practitioner focused on overall wellness for the body, mind, and spirit. She has worked as an RN for 25 years and as an NP since 2019. Tracy completed her undergraduate studies at Barry University in Miami and earned her graduate degree from Spring Arbor University in Michigan.
Her long-standing interest in wellness has led her to deepen her knowledge across many areas of holistic healing. She has studied yoga, ayurveda, and meditation at Chopra Center University and the International Institute of Ayurveda. Tracy is especially drawn to ayurvedic medicine, which she sees as a powerful self-healing system rooted in mindfulness and gut health.
In her work with clients, she combines these approaches with other therapeutic methods to support whole-person healing. She also integrates ketamine-assisted therapy into her practice as a tool that can help initiate behavior change, with support from specially trained therapists. This process is designed to support the creation of new neural pathways and assist clients through meaningful transformation.
Tracy has also studied with shamans in the Peruvian Amazon, where she learned practices and medicines that offer insight into the impact of trauma and traumatic experiences. Her intention is to help people relate to these experiences in a healthier way so they no longer define or control their lives.
An athlete for most of her life, Tracy has competed in swimming, triathlons, marathons, and mountain biking. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and spending time in nature with her dog, Tank. She is deeply passionate about understanding how the brain functions at its highest capacity, with a focus on balancing body, mind, and spirit.
