Tori is a grounded communicator and coach who connects with people through authenticity, wisdom, and a deep passion for God and His Word. Raised as a church staff kid, she saw early on that the church often lacked the tools to support people in emotionally mature ways. That gap shaped her own marriage and career, where she carried limited emotional awareness into both family life and work. While helping support her husband’s music ministry, she devoted more than a decade to an online business, working hard to serve others and prove her worth, even as she felt burned out, disconnected, and unsure how to welcome others into the inner landscape of her own heart.
In 2020, Tori found Freedom Academy, expecting coaching training that would help her grow her business. Instead, she entered a profound healing process around chronic stress and overworking, and discovered a new calling to support women through trauma-informed coaching.
That journey later led her to join Freedom Movement staff as a coach, Story work practitioner, and director of marketing and strategy. With her kind, easeful presence, she creates a sense of safety that invites honesty and transformation. She lives in the Tennessee countryside just south of Nashville with her husband, Matt, and their three children, Micaiah, Amara, and Ezra.
