Toni began teaching yoga in 2010, and seven years later expanded her training with advanced study in Therapeutic Yoga, Reiki, and shamanic practice. Her connection to nature runs deep — through the elements, the garden, and the trail — and sharing this work brings her the greatest joy.
What inspires her most is the moment a student’s eyes brighten with understanding. For Toni, yoga is about helping each person discover a practice that feels true to them, while learning to notice how the body, mind, and nervous system respond with every breath, both on and off the mat. “Into me I see,” as she says. To her, there is nothing more empowering than learning how to care for yourself — how to breathe, eat, play, connect, and rest.
Outside the studio, she is usually dreaming of a new garden, a hiking trail, a mountain bike ride, or a good meal. Her invitation is simple: breathe deeply, and love yourself with all your heart.
