Following a profound awakening four years ago, Tiziana Sarah Schindler has continued to deepen her spiritual path through learning with teachers and traditions from around the world.
Her journey has taken her from the Mayan people in Guatemala to more focused teachings around the womb space, especially in support of women. Through participating in and facilitating ceremonies both with and without plant medicine, she has supported her own healing while also accompanying others on their paths.
With an open heart, Tiziana brings together love, care, vulnerability, and strength to create a safe and grounded environment. She guides each process with calmness and dedication, gently illuminating the more uncomfortable corners of our inner world. Her work invites transformation, reconnection, and a return to inner truth, helping each person discover their own medicine within.
