Originally from Tyrol, Tina Brummer combines her work as a certified health trainer and yoga teacher with a strong focus on posture prevention. Since 2013, she has dedicated herself to supporting body and mind through individual private sessions, inspiring group classes, and customized corporate training. She also guides participants in various health education programs and regularly delivers motivating talks.
Her teaching is built on a two-and-a-half-year RYT500 training and a diploma in health training, both completed in Innsbruck. At the heart of her approach is B.K.S. Iyengar’s method, which uses props such as blocks and straps to support a gentle, health-promoting practice. In addition, further training in Vinyasa yoga, spiral dynamics, and relaxation techniques shapes her classes.
Tina’s Balance Yoga combines physical stability, muscle strength, and stretching with mental calm. This blended style brings together flowing Vinyasa sequences, precise Iyengar yoga, and restorative yoga. As a back care trainer, she places special emphasis on healthy spinal alignment. Both beginners and experienced yogis will find a safe space here, tailored to their individual needs.
For Tina, yoga is a proven path toward greater well-being, contentment, and deeper mindfulness. She encourages a fuller understanding of oneself and the surrounding world.
