Guest Services Manager & Team Lead for the East Coast Division, Tiffany joined our team in 2022 to share practical homesteading skills with retreat guests. These time-honored practices are finding new relevance today, and Tiffany is passionate about helping others reconnect with them. She owns and operates Windy Hills Homestead, where she follows permaculture principles with her husband and two young daughters, and together they grow 75% of their own food. In fall 2024, Tiffany and her family relocated to Nova Scotia to pursue their dream of becoming full-time farmers. She now leads the East Coast Division of RMR, teaching through Rustic Mama retreat workshops and social media. Her workshops include pasta making, canning, honey harvesting, garden planning, and an introduction to homesteading. When she is not at retreats, Tiffany can usually be found tending her garden and chatting with her chickens and ducks.
