Management and logistics are at the heart of Tiberius’s work. With a background in mechanical engineering, he has helped shape the vision of the retreat center and oversee its construction from the ground up. His path into plant medicine began after experiencing its powerful effects firsthand, both in his own life and in the lives of others. Since relocating to Colombia in 2011, he has become a passionate advocate for its healing potential.
Beyond the physical build of the farm, Tiberius is closely involved in the daily operations and management of the property. As a local neighbor, he is a familiar and approachable presence in the community, always attentive to the well-being of both his team and guests. He also brings a grounded perspective to his role as a devoted father to his six-year-old son, Marco. This personal side of his life adds humility to his work and reflects his belief in creating a space where healing and transformation can unfold, supported by care, experience, and a sincere joy in witnessing positive change.
