Thyna brings a warm, caring presence to every class and has a natural passion for sharing yoga with others. She supports students who are ready to be challenged through classes that are both demanding and deeply rewarding. A trained and experienced professional yoga teacher from the AZAHAR Foundation Cambodia, she offers guidance with confidence and heart.
She earned a 200-hour certification in “Yoga Soul Body fit” and a 30-hour Fly Fit yoga certification from the UK Yoga Alliance in 2017. In 2022, she completed her online 300-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in Italy, and in 2024 she completed another 300-hour certified Jivamukti Yoga Training in India.
Thyna’s sessions emphasize breath and smooth movement from one pose to the next, alongside conditioning and workouts that build physical and mental strength while helping release stress and tension. She also weaves in meditation and relaxation to support a calm mind and a nourished spirit. To deepen the experience, Thyna chants Sanskrit mantras with the harmonium, inviting students into a more uplifting and expressive practice.
