LOVE MORE Studio Manager, yoga teacher, Reiki Master, E-RYT200, RYT500, and YACEP. Teresa first stepped onto the mat in 2012 and quickly noticed the physical and mental benefits of practicing consistently. As her practice deepened over the years, she became interested in yoga beyond the asanas and began exploring its fuller meaning.
A life-changing retreat to Costa Rica in 2016 reshaped the way she approached her practice. With a growing focus on alignment and stability, Teresa now allows her practice to meet her exactly where she is each day. After spending twenty years as a stay-at-home mom and committed school volunteer, she chose to pursue a deeper connection with herself through a 200 Hour Teacher Training. She did not begin the training planning to teach; her intention was simply to learn more about herself. That intention soon shifted, and after completing the program, she knew becoming a yoga teacher was the next step on her path.
Teresa earned her 200HR certification from Hot Asana Yoga University in Southern Pines, NC in 2020 and completed her 500HR certification through Hot Asana in 2022. Her additional certifications include Yin yoga, LSD-Long, Slow Deep, Hot Holds, and Reiki Master training. She serves as Studio Manager at Love More in Covington, LA, teaches a range of classes each week, and offers Reiki sessions at the studio.
